  1. No purchase is necessary. Sweepstakes is sponsored by North Jersey Media Group Inc.(NJMG), publisher of The Record. Sweepstakes is a random drawing to win one of six weekly prizes from NorthJerseyDeals.com. Sweepstakes runs June 19, 2011 – August 20, 2011. Sweepstakes is open to all U.S. residents, ages 18 and over except officers, directors and employees of North Jersey Media Group Inc. and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, and the immediate family members and/or persons living in the same household as any of the foregoing persons.
  2. Ads promoting the sweepstakes will appear in The Record during the sweepstakes period. To enter, visit http://www.northjerseydeals.com and sign-up for North Jersey Deals e-mail alerts. All entrants who submit their e-mail address during the sweepstakes period will be entered into the sweepstakes. Persons who have already signed up for North Jersey Deals e-mail alerts will also be eligible.
  3. To enter, submit your e-mail address online at http://www.northjerseydeals.com between June 19, 2011 and August 20, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. EST. No photocopies or facsimiles permitted. By submitting your e-mail address you are agreeing to receive e-mail alerts from North Jersey Deals as well as agreeing to enter the sweepstakes. North Jersey Media Group Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, owners, and agents of each of the foregoing entities are not responsible for lost, stolen, ineligible, late, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, online failures, hardware, software, or other technical malfunctions or disturbances or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants' ability to participate in the North Jersey Deals Weekly Prize Sweepstakes.   4. Six (6) winners, as detailed in paragraph 5 below, will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received, in a drawing by North Jersey Media Group Inc., whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. The winners will be randomly selected at the end of each prize week during the sweepstakes period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  5. Six (6) winners will be selected. Prizes are as follows: -Prize 1 (June 19 – June 25): 4 tickets to Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ ($148.00) value -Prize 2 (June 26 – July 2): $100 gift certificate to Joe’s Crab Shack in Clifton -Prize 3 (July 3 – July 9): $100 Massage Envy gift certificate valid at multiple locations to be determined by NJMG at their sole discretion -Prize 4 (July 10 – July 16): $100 gift certificate to Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus -Prize 5 (July 17 – July 23): $100 gift certificate to AMC Theatres valid at multiple locations to be determined by NJMG in their sole discretion -Prize 6 (July 24 – July 30): $100 gas card – brand to be determined by NJMG at their sole discretion - Prize 7 (July 31 - August 6): 2 tickets to see The Monkees at Bergen Pac - Prize 8 (August 7 - August 13): 2 tickets to see Rick Springfield at Bergen Pac - Prize 9 (August 14 - August 20): 2 tickets to see Bruce Hornsby at Bergen Pac
  6. All prizes will be awarded. Judge’s decisions on all matters of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
  7. Winners will be notified by the e-mail address they submitted on or about the day after the corresponding prize week ends. For example, a winner for week #1 will be notified on or about June 26. If a winner cannot confirm intention to accept the prize within 2 business days of initial contact, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen. Each winner, or the parent and/or legal guardian of the winner if under 18 years of age, must supply valid I.D. and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) prior to receiving a prize. If a winner fails to present valid I.D. and/or complete and return the Affidavit within seven (7) business days of receiving the Affidavit that entry will be void and an alternate winner will be randomly drawn. In the interest of time, prizewinners may present their I.D., sign their affidavits and must pick-up their prize at North Jersey Media Group, 1 Garret Mountain Plaza, Woodland Park, NJ 07424.
  8. Prize is non-transferable. Cash redemption, exchange, or substitution is not allowed, except at the sole discretion of North Jersey Media Group Inc. North Jersey Media Group Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Taxes and/or fees are the sole responsibility of the winners.
  9. Entry constitutes agreement to hold North Jersey Media Group Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, owners, and agents of each of the foregoing entities, harmless from and against any and all damages, liability, losses, and expenses arising out, or claimed to be arising out of, this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize(s).
  10. North Jersey Media Group Inc. reserves the right to terminate, modify, or otherwise change this Sweepstakes, at its sole discretion, should it determine that its fairness has been compromised. North Jersey Media Group Inc.’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Any tampering with the online entry method in any manner is prohibited. NJMG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether the online entry method has been compromised. NJMG reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the sponsor suspects or has found, in its sole discretion, to have tampered with the Sweepstakes or submitted entries using any automated means. In the event NJMG determines the online entry service has been misused, the Sweepstakes will end. If NJMG determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside NJMG’s control compromise the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes, NJMG reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Sweepstakes. NJMG’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final.
  11. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law.
  12. By claiming a prize, winners consent to publication of their names, likeness, hometown, and prize allocation in The Record and/or on NorthJersey.com For a list of all prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: North Jersey Deals Weekly Prize Sweepstakes, c/o NJMG Marketing, 1 Garret Mountain Plaza, PO Box 471, Woodland Park, NJ 07424. Requests must be received by December 30, 2011.
  13. Entry constitutes agreement to be bound by all of the foregoing rules and terms, and also constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
