No purchase is necessary. Sweepstakes is sponsored by North Jersey Media Group Inc. (NJMG), publisher of The Record. Sweepstakes is a random drawing to receive tickets to a performance of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular on a date to be determined by MSG at Radio City Music Hall in New York, NY in December. Sweepstakes runs October 29, 2011 – November 2, 2011. Sweepstakes is open to all U.S. residents, ages 13 and over (except officers, directors and employees of North Jersey Media Group Inc., Madison Square Garden, L.P. (“MSG”) and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, and the immediate family members and/or persons living in the same household as any of the foregoing persons, and any individual who has accepted a prize under any other NJMG sponsored sweepstakes within the last thirty (30) days.
Entry forms for the sweepstakes will appear in The Record during the sweepstakes period. To enter, complete and submit the official entry form, which must be postmarked by November 2, 2011. Mail entry form to: The Record Radio City, P.O. Box 471, Woodland Park, NJ 07424. You may also enter online at http://www.northjersey.com/radiocityTR. All online entries must be submitted by November 2, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Enter as many times as you would like.
Only fully completed mailed-in official entry forms postmarked by November 2, 2011, and online entry forms received by 11:59 p.m. on November 2, 2011, will be eligible. No photocopies or facsimiles permitted. North Jersey Media Group Inc., Madison Square Garden, L.P. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, owners, and agents of each of the foregoing entities are not responsible for lost, stolen, ineligible, late, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, online failures, hardware, software, or other technical malfunctions or disturbances or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants' ability to participate in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular Sweepstakes. Six (6) winners, as detailed in paragraph 5 below, will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received, in a drawing by North Jersey Media Group Inc., whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. The winners will be randomly selected on or about November 7, 2011. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
One (1) Grand-Prize Winner will receive an exclusive Radio City Christmas Spectacular prize pack.
The package includes:
-One family four-pack of tickets to see the Radio City Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall in December. (Value: $288 per family four-pack of tickets). Exact date and seat locations and time of show to be selected by Radio City Music Hall.
-Family four-pack of Radio City Stage Door Tour vouchers. Tour must be scheduled by Grand Prize winner with the MSG representative whose contact information will be provided by NJMG. The tour must be taken no later than February 15, 2012. (Value:$68)
-One promotional gift bag of show items from Radio City Christmas Spectacular (contents to be determined by MSG) (Value: $40)
-Family four-pack of NJ Transit passes for transportation.

Five (5) Second-Prize Winners will receive a family four-pack of tickets to see the Radio City Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall in December. Exact date and seat locations and time of show to be selected by Radio City Music Hall.
The package includes:
-One family four-pack of tickets. (Value: $208 per family four pack of tickets).
All prizes will be awarded. Only one prize is allowed per household. Prizes awarded to minors will be delivered only to the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Any individual who has accepted a prize under any other North Jersey Media Group sponsored sweepstakes within the last thirty (30) days is not eligible. In the event such a person’s entry is drawn, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. In the event that one household or person’s entry is drawn more than one time, only the higher value prize will be awarded and the smaller value prize will therefore be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. Judge’s decisions on all matters of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
Winners will be notified by phone on or about November 7, 2011 immediately after the random drawing. If a winner cannot confirm intention to accept the prize by November 9, 2011, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen. Each winner, or the parent and/or legal guardian of the winner if under 18 years of age, must supply valid I.D. and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) prior to receiving a prize. If a winner fails to present valid I.D. and/or complete and return the Affidavit within seven (7) business days of receiving the Affidavit that entry will be void and an alternate winner will be randomly drawn. In the interest of time, prizewinners may present their I.D., sign their affidavits and pick-up their prizes at North Jersey Media Group, 1 Garret Mountain Plaza, Woodland Park, NJ 07424.
Prizes are non-transferable. Cash redemption, exchange, or substitution is not allowed, except at the sole discretion of North Jersey Media Group Inc. North Jersey Media Group Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Taxes and/or fees are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Entry constitutes agreement to hold North Jersey Media Group, Madison Square Garden, L.P. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, owners, and agents of each of the foregoing entities, harmless from and against any and all damages, liability, losses, and expenses arising out, or claimed to be arising out of, this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize(s).
North Jersey Media Group Inc. reserves the right to terminate, modify, or otherwise change this Sweepstakes, at its sole discretion, should it determine that its fairness has been compromised. North Jersey Media Group Inc.’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Any tampering with the online entry method in any manner is prohibited. NJMG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether the online entry method has been compromised. NJMG reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the sponsor suspects or has found, in its sole discretion, to have tampered with the Sweepstakes or submitted entries using any automated means. In the event NJMG determines the online entry service has been misused, the Sweepstakes will end. If NJMG determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside NJMG’s control compromise the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes, NJMG reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Sweepstakes. NJMG’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final.

By claiming a prize, winners consent to publication of their names, likeness, hometown, and prize allocation in The Record. Requests must be received by May 31, 2012.
